The hike up Lions Head will take between 90 minutes and 2 hours up and down. After the Hike fly with an instructor on an instructional tandem paragliding flight. The best way to spend a morning in Cape Town.
 
The paraglide flight location depends on the wind on the day, but it will be either from Signal Hill of Lions Head mountain.
